CONDITIONS
1 PAYMENT & PRICING
1a A non-refundable deposit for 50% of the
order value or 100% where orders are under £50.00 is
payable once you sign and approve proofs and before any
work goes ahead on your order.
1b The remaining balance is payable prior to final
delivery of your order.
1c Hand Made by Rachel reserve the right to change the
prices on any product at any time.
1d Prices confirmed at the time of booking will not be
affected.
2 PROOF READING
2a Proof reading is the customers
responsibility and if changes are required after
approval, you may incur extra costs and delay your
delivery.
3 CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
3a If an order is cancelled, all completed
work in excess of the deposit must be paid for.
3b Hand Made by Rachel reserve the right to keep the
initial deposit.
3c Only goods that are faulty will be exchanged or
refunded.
4 POSTAGE & PACKAGING
4a All postage is sent by Royal Mail and
charged at a standard rate of £4.99 per order.
4b Special Delivery can be used which will insure your
stationery in the event of loss, this cost will be added
to your stationery order.
4c Hand Made by Rachel will not be held responsible for
any loss or damage made in transit.
5 HAND MADE PRODUCTION
5a All items are individually hand made,
therefore may vary slightly.

6a All designs are copyright of Hand Made by
Rachel and should not be copied without prior agreement.

7a Please not that due to the nature of these
products and materials, they are not suitable for
